Introducing Booze-Block<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is it? Where did the idea come from and how do you get one?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a portable, reusable, light weight shot block<\/strong> with interchangeable sides to fit every occasion! Add a company logo or team logo and the possibilities are endless! Perfect for every party where alcohol is served. It is a must for tailgating!<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Booze-Block is made from 1\/4 inch clear cast acrylic and has several unique features. Choose from several designs, add a Company logo or Team logo with clear easily removable vinyl decals, fill the main tank with ice and serve up your guest favorite shot. When the ice in the tank begins to melt, simply drain the water and add more ice. There are 2 compartments in the base of the tank, one is for separating the frozen ice from the melted ice and one for adding lights so the entire Booze-Block glows! The main tank stands 36 inches tall and has 2 stabilizer rings at the bottom. The rings not only enhance the design but adds to the stability of Booze-Block. Even when the main tank is filled with ice, Booze-Block is easy to move. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After years of our team using the typical solid ice block at the HLSR World Championship Barbeque Cookoff in Houston we encountered several problems. One the cost, we were spending over $400.00 a night and watching our money melt away. Sometimes within just a few hours our shot block had melted until it was unrecognizable, not to mention the mess the melting ice would make. The ice block had to be delivered in a refrigerated truck and then dollied to our booth. The weight of a typical solid ice block is very heavy and it took 4 or 5 men to lift the block onto the bar. We all sat and watched every year, hoping that it did not get dropped or hurt one of the men that were trying to lift the wet slippery block. We knew there had to be a better way and Booze-Block is it!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the 2023 Cookoff Team owners Eric and Rhonda Kennedy began designing and building a prototype of an acrylic shot block. We very quickly realized that this idea would be a success and filed for a U.S. Patent. Our Patent is now published! <\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

In February 2024 we will debut the prototype Booze-Block in the Domino Effect Cooking Team booth at the HLSR World Championship BBQ Cookoff. Our next step will be to find a U.S. Manufacturer. We will not use China or any other foreign country. This will be made in the U.S.A.!
